JOE GWERDER

Engineering & Construction

Joe is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer who has designed and executed 8,500+ residential properties along with 1.6M SF of commercial and mixed- use development. Over his 25 years of experience, utilizing his engineering and land development talents, Joe has assisted with a variety of master- planned communities including Lake Las Vegas and Seven Hills in Nevada.

• Over 25 years experience in many facets of residential and commercial development, including the fields of acquisitions, entitlement, engineering, design and construction.

• Played an integral part in the development of the South Beach Resort, Tuscan Highlands Resort, and the Ilumina on Raiders Way Resort project through its entirety, from the initial land acquisition, project conceptualization, entitlements, schematic, and final designs, through permitting, construction, certificate of occupancy, and project close-out.

• Worked on several master-planned communities, including such notables as Lake Las Vegas and Seven Hills in Nevada.

• During his time with the Schulman Properties as SVP of Operations, Joe has been involved in the planning and design of more than 8,500 residential dwelling units and more than 1.6 million square feet of commercial and mixed-use development.

• Noteworthy projects include Sendero Pass, an 837-acre master planned community in Tucson, Arizona, which includes a balanced mix of residential, mixed-use, recreational, and commercial components.

BRIAN BURDZINSKI

Finance / Operations

Brian brings over 40 years of real estate experience to the Eterno Wellness Resort of Las Vegas and currently serves as president of Schulman Properties, the parent company of SW Development, a 50% partner in the resort. He has held senior executive roles at leading developers and has arranged over $2 billion in debt and equity for more than 100 real estate projects throughout his career.

• Former president, CFO, and corporate controller at respected firms including Watt Companies, KB Home, John Laing Homes, and Western Pacific Housing

• Deep expertise across multiple sectors: homebuilding, multifamily, retail, hotel and office

• Began his career at KPMG in Los Angeles, earning a CPA and supervising tax and audit work for real estate and banking clients

SVEN VAN ASSCHE

Design & Development

With over 30 years of experience in creating some of the most iconic, innovative, and game-changing developments in the world, Sven has been awarded by the hospitality industry with recognition for his lifetime achievements. He has built a strong reputation as a visionary leader and highly respected senior executive in the design, entertainment, and hospitality industries.

• A Director in Global Mixed-Use/Entertainment for Gensler – Sven conceptualized large master-planned projects globally, including the master planning and long- term strategy for the conversion of the former Howard Air Force base in Panama into a 20,000+ unit residential/commercial development.

• Sven’s career in Las Vegas began in 1994 with Mirage Resorts – a company that changed the face of Las Vegas and the gaming & hospitality industry.

• Instrumental in the success of the $1.7B Bellagio Resort which opened in 1998 in Las Vegas, and the Beau Rivage which opened in Biloxi, Mississippi in 1999.

• Responsible for management of design for $500M+ in annual capital improvement for MGM Resorts projects corporate-wide.

• Created a vision for the largest, most ambitious privately funded development in the history of the United States – the 1.7 million square meter LEED Gold certified CityCenter on the Las Vegas Strip, leading the overall project master plan and concept, all aspects of design and architecture.

• Instrumental in expanding the unique Las Vegas brand of experiential design internationally to China, Vietnam, and India.

Corrine is a leader in the field of personal development and leadership training designed for people in pursuit of personal excellence who want to take their lives to the next level of success.

• President and Chief Operating Officer of ChoiceCenter Leadership University.

• Spent 11 years as Executive Director of Marketing, Communication, and Partnership Development at MGM Grand, and overseeing communications for 39,000 employees at MGM Grand Resorts properties.

• Responsible at MGM Resorts for generating international business press, employment branding, managing executive-level communications, launching an internal television station, creating marketing dashboards, and developing partnerships with Fortune 500 companies.

• Oversaw numerous special projects with MGM Grand during the property’s 5-year $800 million evolution.

• Responsible for MGM Grand being recognized as a best-managed company.

• Ingo brings together more than 40 years of experience in the spa and hospitality industries. He leads the multidisciplinary teams at GOCO Hospitality and Horwath HTL Health and Wellness to strategise, conceptualise, design, and manage the latest wellness developments for the world’s top hospitality and real estate brands.

• From individual hotel spas to dedicated wellness resorts and master-planned mixed- use developments, Ingo’s experience and insights have taken over 400 projects worth more than $4.5 billion across upwards of 42 countries from initial idea to profitable realisation and ongoing management.

• Owns and manages Glen Ivy Hot Springs in Southern California, the United States’ oldest and highest-grossing hot spring resort.

• Formerly a board member of Mandarin Oriental and earlier Corporate Director of Operations for Oberoi Hotels & Resorts.

• Co-founder of Space Yoga & Space Cycle, together with Matthew Allison, former President of EMI Music, and Jack Ma, Founder of Alibaba. • He sits on the Advisory Boards of AMAALA, a luxury wellness destination in Saudi Arabia developed by PIF, the Sovereign Wealth Fund of Saudi Arabia.

IVAN GOH

Luxury 5-star Hospitality

Ivan began his hospitality career with Hilton International in Europe in the Rooms Division and Food & Beverage operations. He then moved to the United States, joining Marriott Corporation, where he served in finance operations. Over the course of 32 years, he played a key role in the opening and acquisition of nearly every Four Seasons property in the world.

• Specializes in delivering comprehensive services to hotel owners, investors, and management operators in Asset Management, Operational Support, Due Diligence, Pre- and Post-Opening Support, Audit Analysis, Brand Services, Project Management, Recruitment, and Training Support.

• During his tenure at Four Seasons, Ivan held various operational management positions before advancing to senior corporate leadership roles, including VP of Operations, and SVP of Rooms and Operations for the company’s global operations.

• Responsible for establishing, approving, and maintaining all policies and procedures related to Four Seasons hotel operations.

• Oversaw operations training for every new property opening and was actively involved in directing the operational launch of each new Four Seasons property worldwide, ensuring consistency in operational standards across the globe.

• Developed projects across Egypt, Dubai, India, Vietnam, Seychelles and Mauritius.

• Ivan partnered with John Sharpe (former CEO of Four Seasons Hotels to establish Executive Hospitality Partners (EHP), serving as SVP of Global Operations

• Played a key role in opening 10 Six Senses properties in Fiji, Cambodia, Singapore, Bali, and Bhutan.

FRANK GUENGERICH

With his extensive industry expertise, entrepreneurial success, and commitment to health and fitness, Frank Guengerich is a trusted leader in the health, wellness, and lifestyle sector. Throughout his career, Frank has held various ownership, partnership, and operational roles.

• President and CEO of Health, Wellness, and Lifestyle Services (HWLS)

• Over 25 years of experience in the health club, wellness, and lifestyle industry. He is a seasoned veteran and C-Suite Executive.

• As the President of the Hospitality and Lifestyle Division at the Williams Group, he led a remarkable transformation at VERDURE, a highly successful luxury athletic and lifestyle facility in Texas, within a span of just five years.

• Served as a partner and COO of WTS International (now Arch Amenities). During his 15-year tenure with the organization, he played an instrumental role in navigating their massive growth and overseeing the transition from a tennis company to one of the world’s leading health club and spa management companies.

• As the founder and former CEO of Solera Health Clubs and Spas, Frank successfully guided the company and eventually sold it in 2014.

• Worked closely with Private Equity Companies, boards of Directors, Publicly Traded Companies, and management companies.

• An accomplished athlete, Frank was a nationally ranked junior tennis player and played D1 tennis for Indiana University. He played professional tennis and was a USPTA P1 certified Pro. He also won a National Championship in the 30+ division.

DR. ALAN BARNARD

A Decision Scientist and serial entrepreneur, Alan is co-founder of Goldratt Research Labs. He is the leading Theory of Constraints expert in the world. A strategic advisor to numerous Fortune 500 companies and individuals, he designs, implements, and validates organizational strategy and tactics.

• Founder and CEO of Goldratt Research Labs, a company Alan co-founded in 2008 together with Dr. Eli Goldratt, creator of Theory of Constraints.

• Alan and Eli were both curious about understanding why good people make and often repeat bad decisions within their lives and in managing organizations. Brand Strategy and Communication

Chris Collins is a brand strategist and designer known for his strong narrative instincts and savvy approach to market-facing PR. In addition to his successes with consumer goods, his passion for Real Estate and branded interior design has to led to several assignments in hospitality branding and design. He has been featured in Forbes Magazine.

• Developed the brand stack, brand bible, and positioning for Las Vegas based English Residences in collaboration with Marriott – the first ever condo hotel in the Marriott Portfolio line. Chris also coordinated the branding and sales messaging and collateral for Berkshire Hathaway sales launch of the property. The project is 90% pre-sold.

• Served as branding lead for the Las Vegas Midtown development. He created the successful “Meet Me in Midtown” campaign, positioning the emerging Las Vegas Arts District as a 4 star travel destination for a more affluent experiential traveler. The project officially broke ground in 2025.

• Branding and interior design for STOA Wine Bar and Café Caché, two restaurant concepts launching in June 2025 in Marina del Rey/ Los Angeles.

• Interior design and branding the Doghouse brand of 5 Star Vacation rentals, featured in Maxim, Forbes, Robb Report, Vice, etc.

• Directed the 2015 rebrand of The Human Bean, one of the fastest-growing coffee franchises in the U.S.. Scope included exterior and interior brand design of flagship locations

GREG BRADSHAW

Interior Design – Founding Partner, AvroKO

Registered Architect Greg Bradshaw displayed an early penchant for design. He followed his calling and attended Carnegie Mellon’s architecture program, where he met and collaborated with friend and future AvroKO colleague. This early partnership, won them an AIA award and was a sign of things to come.

• While working as project manager and lead architect for the prestigious firm Pompei A.D. in New York City, Greg branched out on his own, partnering with Adam Farmerie again to form Avro Design.

• Projects included an award-winning design for Sedelmeier Associates, exploring pre-fabricated public housing.

• Greg possesses a multifaceted approach to architecture, embracing form, texture, color, and the mathematics involved in design, noting that he thinks “formally, always breaking things down to lines, planes, and volumes.”
